Flight Safety registered in 2002 functioned as the forerunner to Flight Safety Pty Ltd registered on the 20/02/2004; it is a 100% Australian owned company. Flight Safety Pty Ltd has gained Lloyd’s Register AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 certification and is the only Aviation Auditing company in Australia to do so.
The Flight Safety Pty Ltd, Flight Safety Helideck Certification Pty Ltd and Flight Safety Training Pty Ltd, group of companies provide external aviation audit, helideck inspection and quality/safety management training; including the implementation of formal I.C.A.O. Safety Management Systems for national and international clients. This includes pro-active Accident Prevention Programs as described in I.C.A.O. Docs 9376 & 9422. The organisations operate independently of each other with selected personnel dedicated to each.
Flight Safety Pty Ltd employs 14 auditors, based around Australia in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Regional Queensland, and has conducted over 1500 audits and inspections in the past 7+ years throughout Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East.
